This customer bought his first home and was looking forward to utilizing his deck for family activities, but was considering replacing it since it was so run down looking. I helped him save thousands of dollars having the deck removed and re built.
The deck is first prepped with a cleaner that kills any organic growth in the wood while removing any stain that is present. It is then carefully rinsed off with minimal pressure as to not damage the fibers of the wood. Followed by a neutralizer that helps brighten the wood. After about 2-3 days the wood will be completely dry looking brand new and ready to seal/stain or just enjoy. I also cleaned the small covered area for this customer, complimentary, as a gift for him and his families first home.
