This customer reached out to me with concern over who he would allow to clean this delicate river rock pool deck. I explained that a low pressure chemical cleaning followed by a thorough rinse would be done as to not harm/dislodge any of the small stones. This was a huge relief to him since other companies he reached out to did not mention anything about using a gentle approach in their quotes. This gentleman used to own a huge construction business in New York and was more than familiar with how things should be done, and was pleased that I meet that standard without him even having to ask. Great care had to be taken with the use of chemicals and water as this secondary small pool area was in the middle of his estate so to speak right off the foyer. Both of us were beyond please with how well everything came out including the small extras I did for him like the wall and rock feature :)
